Initial setup plus a One Year Subscription costs $120 per computer per year ($260 per Server per year), and Remote Support is billed at $65 per hour in 15 minute increments. Unlike some other Remote Support software solutions, the computer owner is able to observe everything that we do on their machines, allowing Remote Services to be used as a powerful Remote Training Tool as well.
