Remember, you can always bring your computer to the shop for an In-Store Consultation or Repair. We also repair printers, and most other computer accessories.

The most inexpensive solution to most computer-related problems, GCITS provides a state-of-the-art repair facility at our shop.

The Shop is not large, and space is at a premium. We fight clutter as best we can. You can help us repair your system more efficiently (and ensure that you get to keep everything that belongs to you) by NOT bringing unnecessary items. Things NOT to bring:

Power cords, monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc. with "desktop" or "tower" computers UNLESS they seem to be part of the problem, or their functionality is symptomatic of the problem.

bullet

Carrying cases, Bluetooth devices, USB attachments, mice, or accessories with "laptop" or "notebook" computers UNLESS they seem to be part of the problem, or their functionality is symptomatic of the problem.

bullet

CDs, DVDs, Diskettes, Jump Drives, Tapes, or any other media that are not either part of the problem or the solution.

In-Store Services cost $65 per hour. We charge a one hour minimum and bill in 15 minute increments thereafter.
