You use them to do your bookkeeping, your payroll, your ordering and inventory, keep your client lists and contact information, email, order product, scheduling and project management, and many other things, too. You run your business on them. They are your computers and your network, and your business probably couldn't survive a week without them. So why do you let your best friend's nephew tinker with them?

Most of our Commercial Service Calls for brand new clients start off with the new customer telling us that "the guy" who usually does this kind of service for them either 1.) won't answer his phone, 2.) broke it in the first place, or 3.) can't fix it. I believe the shade-tree mechanic of the 1900s has been replaced by the Garage-Workbench technician of the 2000s. You wouldn't believe the horror stories we hear every day... then again, maybe you have some of your own.

Please, whether you choose to use our services or someone else's, make sure you get reliable references. In my opinion, "My sister said he fixed her computer and it still works," is NOT a good reference.
