Why should I?

It's so simple really: register yourself or someone else for a nifty email address, and, if you choose a savethebayonline.net email address (click here for more information), half the dough goes toward preserving our Coast, . Need more incentive?

First: having a cool email address gets major sick props on the internet. If you are tired of being "marjoriebean5982245@yahoo.com" then this is your opportunity to get your actual name or nickname to have and to hold for all time (well, you'll have to renew it yearly). Compete against thousands for a killer handle instead of hundreds of millions. If you already have the moniker of your choice because you own a business or work for someone who owns their own domain, that's great; don't be selfish, get a cool nom de toile for your Mom or your sister. Jeez!

Second: : wake up. Most philosophers and theologians agree that you only get to go around once, and we got confirmation from the IRS that you really CAN'T take it with you (Schedule 1489, Section 76, Subsection 45, Article 18, Sub-Clause 1, entitled "Death and Transfer of Liquid Assets Into The Afterworld."*). And since you can't take it with you, you might as well use it to make life better for yourself, your community, your children, and your children's children.

Click Here to tell us how many email addresses you want, what you would like them to be, what you would like the passwords to be, and how long you would like to register them for (3 years maximum, at this time). We will reserve those email addresses for you for the time requested, and invoice you for the amount due. Once that invoice is paid, we will send you instructions on how to use your new address(es). Failure to render payment for the email address(es) within one (1) week, by Credit Card (in person, only), Cash (in person, only), Check, or  Bank Draft, constitutes forfeiture of the reserved email address(es).

Fair warning: we will neither reserve nor issue email addresses which we deem to be offensive or hateful. If you want one of these, then shame on you. If you manage to slip one by us, then shame on us. If we catch you, afterwards, we will rename your account and you will just have to deal with whatever we come up with.

Legal Crap: The email addresses in question are purchased at the time of sale. Additionally, donations are made based on the number of actual sales. For these reasons, email address sales are NOT refundable. The email addresses are hosted at a nationally-recognized hosting facility which guarantees (and delivers) an extremely high percentage (greater than 99%) uptime. It is the email hosting service we use at GCITS and most of our customer accounts. Email accounts are accessible via webmail and via standard POP3 clients like Outlook, Outlook Express, and others. Inbox size is limited to 10MB per inbox (basic size) and 100MB per inbox (deluxe size). You may upgrade the size of your inbox for a yearly fee (shown above).
